At UserWise Consulting, I moderated, observed, and helped design a novel study in collaboration with the US Food & Drug Administration examining the effects of training decay in the context of medical devices. Additionally, I helped to mitigate risks within the study, by contributing to IRB meetings, protecting both researchers and participants.
